A tiled vanity gives your bathroom a designer look without completely redesigning the whole room. If you plan to tile a bathroom wall, tiling the vanity will make the vanity and sink an integral part of the space.

Even if your existing base cabinet is in good condition, you'll have to build up the top. Commercial vanity countertops are made to handle less weight. Remove the top and add bracing, a 3/4-inch plywood base, and polyethylene waterproofing membrane.

Buy the tile for all the surfaces you'll be tiling — vanity tile, wall tile, and bullnose trim. That way you can be more certain of getting tiles of a consistent color throughout the entire project. Make sure the cartons have the same lot number.

Select the right tile to use on your vanity. Use glazed tile 3/8 to 1/2 inch thick. Purchase a sink whose texture matches the glaze — vitreous china and enameled cast iron are good choices. Self-rimming sinks are easy to install, and the rim will cover the rough edges of the cut tile.

How Long Does It Take To Install The Cabinets?

Your cabinets will be built in our warehouse prior to installation based on the design agreed upon between you and your consultant. Our crews will deliver the cabinets to your home and install them into your studs. They will then install all doors and shelves then clean them to complete the installation. A typical installation will be completed within one day.

3D Laminate Cabinets

Our process permanently embeds Ford logos and racing stripes underneath the cabinet foil giving it a 3D appearance when viewing from almost any angle. The embedded logos and racing stripes cannot be removed after manufacturing.

Ford embossed logos are computer routed from 1/8" MDF board. They are then set under the foil before manufacturing. After foil is vacuumed and heat pressed, you are left with a one of a kind cabinet.

Keep Your Garage Clean & Safe

• Make sure there is good lighting in your garage.  Add more light fixtures if needed.
• All items should be kept in their designated area.
• Keep floors clear and immediately clean any grease or spills.
• Store paints, toxic chemicals and pesticides in their original containers clearly labeled and safely out of reach of children.
• Keep flammable items away from heat sources and work areas.
• You should not use any power tools with frayed or tattered cords.  Unplug tools when they are not in use.
• Never exceed specified weight recommendations for cabinets and shelving units. Make sure weight is evenly distributed and store heaviest items closest to the ground.
• Make sure you have a small ladder or step stool within easy reach to help you when reaching for items stored up high.
